سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ

يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم، غير ملبوس، غير مغسول، وغير تالف، وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي وكل الملحقات وإثبات الشراء.

بعض المنتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها مثل: مستحضرات التجميل المفتوحة، منتجات العناية بالبشرة، العطور، منتجات النظافة الشخصية، الملابس الداخلية، ملابس السباحة، الأقراط، المنتجات المُصممة حسب الطلب، بطاقات الهدايا، منتجات التخفيض النهائي، والمنتجات سريعة التلف، إلا في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ في الطلب.

إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو فيه عيب أو ناقص أو خطأ، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة وصور واضحة.

يتم إرجاع المبالغ المعتمدة إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو مزود الدفع. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا.
