ماذا نحتاج؟

المكونات

• 325 غ دقيق 00
• 200 غ سكر الخروع
• 200 مل زيت بذور
• 120 مل حليب
• 120 غ زبادي أبيض
• 2 بيضة
• 1 ملعقة صغيرة خل (أبيض أو تفاح)
• قليل من الملح
• 3 غ فانلين أو مستخلص فانيليا
• 10 غ خبز يترك للحلويات
• 250 غ كريم طازج
• 250 غرام ماسكاربون
• 90 غ من سكر الفانيليا المثلج
• 250 غرام التوت لتزيين

إليك كيفية التحضير:

تخلط مع خفقت البيض والحليب والزبادي والخل والفانيلين وزيت البذور.1-

2-  صب الدقيق المنخل والخميرة والسكر وقليل من الملح. يحرك المزيج بقوة حتى تحصل على عجينة متجانسة.

3- الزبدة طفيفة ودقيق قالب القلب. صب العجين في القالب.

4-خبز في 150 درجة مئوية لمدة 45 دقيقة. بعد 30 إلى 35 دقيقة خفض الحرارة إلى 140 درجة مئوية بحيث الكعكة لا تفتح كثيرا في المركز. هل اختبار العصا التي يجب أن تكون جافة.

مع السياط سوط كريم مع السكر والسكر المثلج حتى تحصل على عجينة ناعمة وحريري.5-

6- وبصرف النظر عن تركيب الماسكاربون حتى تحصل على خليط ناعم. ثم دمج كريم شيئا فشيئا.

7- تبرد الكعكة لمدة 20 دقيقة على الأقل وتفكها من القالب.

8- وضع كريم في كيس التزيين والاشياء الكعكة، مضيفا التوت إلى السطح لتزيين ذلك.
