ماذا نحتاج؟

• 160 غ زبدة
• 70 غ شوكولاتة داكنة 72٪
• 240 غ كريم
• 60 غ ماء
• 50 غ إسبرسو
• 250 غ سكر
• 180 غ بيض كامل
• 210 غ دقيق
• 90 غ كاكاو مر
• 12 غ خميرة خبز
• 1 رشة ملح

للغناش والفستق الديكور:

• 150 مل كريم طازج
• 100 غرام شوكولاتة داكنة
• 30 غ زبدة
• الفستق: 100 غرام

1- ضعي الزبدة والشوكولاتة والقشدة والماء والإسبريسو في الوعاء وذابي كل شيء جيدا.

2- مرة واحدة وقد ذاب كل شيء إضافة السكر ويحرك حتى يذوب جيدا.

3- انتظر حتى يصل الخليط إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم أضف البيض، شيئا فشيئا، مع خفقة أو بمساعدة القبة السماوية.

4- يضاف الدقيق والكاكاو والخبز والملح شيئا فشيئا ويخلط جيدا مع الخفقة حتى يصبح المزيج ناعما ومتجانسا.

5- جعل القاناش الشوكولاته. فرم الشوكولاته بسكين ووضعها في وعاء. سخني الكريمة مع الزبدة حتى تدخن ولكن تجنب غليانها. عندما يكون الجو حارا جدا، صب على الشوكولاته، وتغطية الحاوية مع لوحة أو غطاء وترك لمدة 5 دقائق ثم اكتشاف وخلط كل شيء حتى تحصل على كريم ناعم ولامعة.

6- نشر القاناش على دونات، ختم بخشونة الفستق خلق الحبوب ومن ثم رش سطح الكعكة.
