ماذا نحتاج؟

• 120 غ دقيق 00
• 260 غ شوكولاتة داكنة
• 260 غرام من الكرز
• 3 بيضات متوسطة
• 130 غ سكر الخروع
• 130 غ زبدة
• 3 غ فانلين (أو روائح حسب الذوق)
• 10 غ خبز يترك للحلويات
• 1 رشة ملح

1-

1- في وعاء نذوب الزبدة مع الشوكولاتة في غلاية مزدوجة.
2-يخفق البيض مع السكر والملح والفانيليا.
3-نضيف الشوكولاتة للخليط ونضيف الدقيق المنخل مع البيكنج باودر.
4-يُدهن القالب بقليل من الزبدة ويرشّه بالدقيق.
5-يُسكب المزيج في المقلاة (قطرها 26 سم) ، ويُضاف الكرز ويُخبز في فرن ثابت على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 45 دقيقة تقريبًا.
6-يمنع قاع التنقيط الخاص انسكاب العجين غير المرغوب فيه ، والذي قد يتسبب في اتساخ الفرن.
7-أخرج الكيك من الفرن وقم باختبار المسواك ، إذا كانت جافة تنضج الكعكة. اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 20 دقيقة.
8-زيّنيها وزيّنيها حسب الرغبة.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
