• Caring for your cutlery
• Handwashing: It’s still the best way to treat your cutlery. But be gentle: avoid scouring pads and bleach detergents. Wash and softly dry straightaway, avoiding prolonged soaking because this can cause unsightly watermarks.
• Dishwashing: Go ahead. Use a gentle detergent and rinse agent. Take your cutlery out soon after the rinse cycle ends, then polish with a soft cloth if you want to maintain the natural sheen for longer.
• Removing marks: ‘Stainless’ means stain-resistant rather than that it won’t stain at all. If you find any stubborn marks, try using a soapy cloth – and if that doesn’t work, some good quality stainless steel should do the trick.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Items such as opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, hygiene products, underwear, swimwear, earrings, custom-made items, gift cards, final sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective or sent by mistake.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, issue details, and clear photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
